M = MUSIC

I have always loved music and I have always been singing along to my favourite songs, even before I could even speak. But what I love most about music is how it can influence how you feel. It can make you feel a vast array of emotions and has the ability to lift your mood when you are feeling low. Music has been an inspiration to me and has always and still plays a very important role in my life. I would not be able to exist without it.

  1. A mockingbird is trilling somewhere out there in the night right now. And, there goes the hum of the heater. Music (whether by nature or man-made is so comforting. It also gives me a sense of safety and confidence when I'm alone. :-)

  3. Music is wonderful, but I cannot sing or play a note. Luckily I married a singer-songwrite-guitarist man, so my music needs are pretty much sorted. I am incredibly lucky!

    I am blessed to be involved in music, in all aspects of my life... work and play!

  5. I love music. I love to sing, much to my neighbor's dismay. I love to play music when I write. I love to dance around the house as music plays. Music is terrific.

  6. Su Sieee! Mac - I agree, music can be so familiar and comforting. Thank you for stopping by.

    LD Masterson - Music I think is probably the most powerful influence on my mood. Which is why I am careful what I listen to at work, when people drive me crazy.

    Annalisa - You are lucky. You get to have your own private little concert whenever you feel like it. I tried playing the guitar, but I was horrible at it.

    Michelle - You are so lucky. I hope you enjoy it. Having music in your life all the time sounds just magical.

    Jai - Sounds like fun! Who cares what the neighbours think, as long as you are enjoying yourself and yes, I do most of those things too!

What is the point?

Today I was plagued with the idea, why? And why?  Everywhere these days there's a silent rule imposed by some invisible person or person...
