Don't let the insecurity win (IWSG)

It is that time again, where we bare our souls and share our insecurities with the whole world. I’m not insecure this month, mostly because the flu won’t make me think straight. But I’m sending tons of virtual hugs to everyone who has insecurities this month, especially today. You can do whatever you set your mind to. How? Because you are awesome.

The Insecure Writers Support Group was created by the talented Mr. Alex J. Cavanaugh so that writers can share their insecurities and/or encourage others who need support with their own. You can visit Alex Here, or if you want to join us in discussing our insecurities on the first Wednesday of each month, you are welcome to join by going Here.

  1. Sorry to hear you're still suffering with the flu. Lots of hot drinks and chocolate should work. Take care of yourself :-)

    1. Thank you! I felt better last week and then I got sick again. But I can't just sleep. I have to visit blogs or else I miss so much.

  6. I read your post about exercising first, before I read the IWSG one. You made me laugh talking about getting your neighbors curious, lol. That is too funny about the reaction to you in your own back yard. I love it. You made it sound like fun. They probably thought they were missing on some fun seeing you back there. 1. Yeah, I have really nosy neighbors. All I want is to work-out without being gawked at. Looking at it now, it is kind of funny. Thank you for visiting.

  7. I hope you get better soon; take lots of naps so that you'll feel fully rested. And thanks for your encouragement; it helps, especially when I go through things that are pretty discouraging (like rejection letters or negative feedback from my advisor).

  8. Well, if the flu keeps you from feeling insecure, I guess you could look at that as an upside of being sick. Nah, probably not. Feel better.

Feel free to leave comments. I love comments. But no spam, or hate speech. Your comments will be deleted, and I'd wish you a painful death, and your soul to turn to nothingness.

What is the point?

Today I was plagued with the idea, why? And why?  Everywhere these days there's a silent rule imposed by some invisible person or person...
